What are the terms and conditions for image use on custom products?
You may only submit images that you have the right to use or belongs to you. Do not submit logos, photography or other art that you do not own.
Your image can not be insulting, abusive, inciting violence, threatening, intimidating, obscene, inflammatory, sexually explicit, profane, offensive, harassing, derogatory, degrading, defamatory, harmful, discriminatory or unlawful or invasive of another’s privacy.
KI'IKAU PRINTERS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY IMAGE. IF YOUR SUBMISSION IS NOT ACCEPTED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A CANCELLATION NOTIFICATION.
All "Custom" products are made just for you and may not be returned.
How fast will my order ship?
Estimated production time may be up to one week.
For larger orders (10+) allow up to two weeks.
Subject to change based production volume.
We utilize USPS as our primary shipping method. Shipping times depend on the destination of the order as well as the shipping service selected.

What's the process to place an order?
Please review this step-by-step guide to getting your project off the ground!
Are there order minimums?
Yes, there are order minimums for each of our products.
- Slippers: 6 pairs
- Coasters: 12 pieces
- Grip Tape: 6 pieces
To place an order for the following materials, you must purchase a minimum of 6 pieces, which can be a mix of either size.
- Acrylic: 5" x 7" or 8.5" x 11"
- Aluminum: 5" x 7" or 8.5" x 11"
- Brass: 5" x 7" or 8.5" x 11"
- Wood: 5" x 7" or 8.5" x 11"
What file formats can I upload?
Vector formats are preferred, such as .pdf or .ai, but we will accept .png or .jpg as well.
As long as the file size is large, we should be able to print! If we need a different format, we will reach back out to you.
Can I source my own medium?
Sorry, no not at this time. If you feel you have a reliable substrate, please contact us to discuss your project.
What's the turnaround time for my project?
After submitting artwork and approval, turnaround time for each project is fairly quick.
Estimated production time may be up to one week.
For larger orders (10+) allow up to two weeks.

What's the process for an artist?
Volume pricing is applicable for ALL customers!
Ordering in bulk does result in a lower price per unit. If you are a reseller and have a General Excise Tax Number, please submit a G-17 form to us for a lower wholesale tax rate (0.5%).
Otherwise standard tax applies to your order (4.712%). For more information on wholesale tax rate please reference the General Excise Tax Law - Hawaii Administrative Rules document.
