Order Requirements

  • Minimum order quantity: 10 calendars

What is the timeframe?

This is a limited run so we will allow one month to submit templates via your Google Drive.

  • Submit order form and templates from 10/1 - 10/22
  • Calendars are produced locally on Oahu.
  • Pickup or delivery options will be shared once production is complete.

How do I submit artwork?

  1. Reach out to team@kiikauprinters.com
  2. You will receive access to a new folder in your Digital Locker. This will include artist procedures, a calendar template, an order form and some examples.
  3. Upload your template in the "Final Template" folder.
  4. Fill out a "Calendar Order Form". This tab can be found at the bottom of your regular order form.
  5. Download your order form and email it to: team@kiikauprinters.com.

Will there be step-by-step instructions?

Yes! Once you email us, an Artist Packet will be emailed to you with all the information about our Custom Calendar Program.

Who will I communicate with during this process?

We coordinate directly with our printers so you can focus on creating — without worrying about production logistics or expensive freight fees.

Initial communication will come from Nicole Wong, General Manager of Ki'ikau Printers or Dee Rabanal, Print Manager who will do the following:

  • Coordinate directly with our partner
  • Answer production-related questions
  • Ensure quality standards are met

When your order is ready, either Dee or Kayla will reach out!
